Sewing Machine Techniques Weekday Course
The course is taught over 4 sessions 10-1.30pm on a Wednesday . During this course you will learn an invaluable range of techniques using a sewing machine which can be applied to many projects, these include:
Sewing different seams; french, flat felled, bound. Hemming; blind, curved, bound. Making bias, piping & attaching, gathering & pleating, applique, buttonholes & rouleau loops. We can also cover other techniques on request, this can be discussed during the sessions.
The course dates are; 12/11, 19/11, 3/12 & 10/12/25. There is no session on the 26th November.
I would suggest purchasing a portfolio style book to put all your samples & handouts in. You are welcome to bring your own machine if preferred but it should be under 2 years old or PAT tested, you will also need your instruction manuel & accessories.
