Upcycled storage boxes
These vintage style wooden crates make fantastic storage boxes that also double up as a stylish pouffe for your home. They can be painted in a colour of your choice (optional when you get home) or kept as natural wood with a coordinating padded top. Framed lids can be lifted off for ease of access. Boxes look especially good used with a medium weight or wool mix fabric for the cushioned top.
You will learn:
- to pad & cover the lid
- line inner lid
- add edging (pom poms, braid etc) optional
Additional costs: Fabrics are included but if you would like to bring your own you will need to bring 1/2 metre of medium weight or upholstery fabric for the cushioned top. If you want matching pom poms or braid please bring 2 metres. Calico lining is included in the price along with all other materials and equipment.
Please note: Boxes are are unsuitable for children due to splinters. Boxes measure approx W 20” H 12” D 15”
